These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the streaming service operated by FOXPRIME Network ("FOXPRIME", "we", "us") at play.foxprime.in (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.
• You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password and PIN confidential and tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
• One account is for one household. Sharing login details outside your household is not allowed.

2. Subscriptions, prices and payment

• Some titles are free to watch; others need an active paid plan. Plans, features and prices in Indian Rupees (INR) are shown on the Subscription Plans page and may change from time to time. Price changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for.
• Plans are prepaid for a fixed period (for example one month or one year). They do not renew automatically unless this is clearly stated when you buy.
• Plan features such as number of devices, ads, casting and downloads depend on the plan you choose.
• Your plan starts after your payment is successfully received and confirmed. Payment methods available (for example UPI or PayPal) are shown at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds and cancellation are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Content on the Service

• Our library of movies, shows, trailers and other content changes over time. Titles may be added, removed or become unavailable without notice, and availability may vary by plan or region.
• Titles are marked with ratings or age restrictions where available. Some titles contain mature themes, violence or adult content. It is your responsibility, or your parent's or guardian's, to decide what is suitable and to use the parental lock.
• Descriptions, images, cast information and ratings come from third-party sources and may contain mistakes. Language labels such as "Hindi" show the language of the title page and do not guarantee that every audio track or subtitle is available.

4. Your licence and permitted use

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream the content for your own private, non-commercial viewing through the Service, on the devices allowed by your plan. All content and the Service remain the property of FOXPRIME or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

5. What you must not do

• Copy, download (except where the Service offers it), record, redistribute, resell, publicly perform or share the content or your access.
• Remove or bypass advertising, access controls, device limits, region restrictions or any other protection.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools, or try to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Upload anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory or that infringes another person's rights.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

6. Reviews and other content you post

You are responsible for reviews, ratings and other material you post. You give us a free, worldwide licence to display it on the Service. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

7. Third-party services and links

The Service may use or link to third-party services, such as payment providers and video trailers hosted elsewhere. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Streaming quality depends on your device and internet connection. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service, with or without notice.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, without refund, if you break these Terms, share your account, misuse the Service, make fraudulent payments or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account (see Data Deletion Request).

10. Disclaimer

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOXPRIME and its owners, staff and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for your plan in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
