Data Deletion Request
Last updated: 8 October 2026
At FOXPRIME Network we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. You can ask us at any time to delete your account and the personal information linked to it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered on your FOXPRIME account.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- In the email, give your registered email address, username and mobile number (if you added one), and confirm that you want your account and data deleted.
We may reply to ask for extra details so that we can confirm the request really comes from you. This protects your account from being deleted by someone else.
What happens next
- We will confirm that we received your request within 3 working days.
- We will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days of verifying your identity, and then confirm to you by email.
What we delete
- Your account profile: name, username, email, mobile number, address, date of birth, gender and profile picture.
- Your additional profiles, PIN and parental-lock settings.
- Your watch history, watchlist, likes, reviews, reminders and saved devices.
What we may keep
We may keep a limited amount of information if the law requires it or it is needed for a legitimate purpose, such as payment and transaction records for accounting and tax, and records needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. This information is kept only for as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose. Data in backups is removed when the backups are overwritten in the normal cycle.
Please note
- Deleting your account is permanent. You will lose access to the Service, your watchlist and your history, and it cannot be undone.
- If you have an active paid plan, it ends when your account is deleted. Unused plan time is not refunded unless our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
- If you only want to stop receiving notifications, you do not need to delete your account. Turn off notifications in your device or browser settings, or tell us at [email protected].
For more on how we handle your information, read our Privacy Policy.
