FOXPRIME Network respects the rights of creators and copyright owners and expects the people who use play.foxprime.in to do the same. This page explains how to tell us about content that you believe infringes your copyright, and what we do when we receive such a notice.

1. Reporting a copyright problem

If you are the copyright owner, or are authorised to act for the owner, and you believe that something on FOXPRIME is used without permission, please email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright Notice" and include:

1. Your full name, your company or organisation (if any), your address, phone number and email address.
2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed (for example the title, year and, if you have it, a link to the original).
3. The exact web address (URL) of the page on FOXPRIME where the material appears, so that we can find it quickly.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).

Notices that are missing these details may take longer to handle, because we may need to ask you for more information.

2. What we do

• We aim to review every complete notice within 48 to 72 hours.
• If the notice is valid, we will remove the material or disable access to it, and tell you by email.
• We may pass on a copy of the notice (without your personal contact details where the law allows) to the person who provided the content, so that they can respond.
• We may close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

3. If you think we removed something by mistake (counter-notice)

If content you provided was removed and you believe that this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can email [email protected] with the subject "Counter Notice". Please include your contact details, the URL of the removed content, why you believe the removal was wrong, and your signature. We may restore the content if the complainant does not take further action within a reasonable time, or if the law requires it.

4. Please be honest in your notice

Knowingly sending a false or misleading notice can have legal consequences. If you are not sure whether something infringes your rights, you may want to get legal advice before you write to us.

5. Other problems with content

To report other problems, such as a wrong description, a wrong age rating, or content that is harmful or unlawful, write to [email protected] and tell us the page address and what is wrong. For privacy requests, see our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Request page.
